The breakfast is wonderful, the location is fantastic, with stunning views of the Grand Canal.

The continental breakfast was very nice. The room was clean and comfortable with a terrific bathroom and coffee service.

The stairs! There are 70 stairs b/w you and the outside world and no lift/elevator ... so you have to maneuver your suitcase up all those stairs and, needless to say, this is a bit difficult if you have any leg issues whatsoever.

This was such a great stay for two nights. My room was pretty and attractive, with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a mini fridge bar, air conditioner, and a personal safe. - the staff was kind and courteous. - the location was unbeatable, just 400 meters away from a wide canal. - There were plenty of bars and restaurants serving delicious food.

Booked it for our trip and had a comfortable stay here. Everything was perfect, quaint hotel, the location was stunning very close to Rialto bridge, and St Marks Square. The breakfast was outstanding and reasonably priced with a great Cappuccino, views over the Grand Canal, great view.

The hotel is a fantastic old house with a superb location.

The breakfast options were outstanding and there was a great variety available. the location of the hotel was amazing as it was very close to the Rialto Bridge and the vaporetto stop. - the hotel is conveniently located near the train station, just two stops away on the vaporetto.

Location-wise this was great - close to Rialto Bridge and central to most of Venice. Staff were really friendly.

Comfy rooms with bathrooms and a friendly staff that takes care of you. They make tasty breakfasts with fried eggs that everyone can enjoy, plus you get a nice view to start your day! 🍳

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were quite helpful and friendly. The breakfast room overlooked the Grand Canal and that was quite nice.

We didn't like that we had to climb so many flights of stairs with our luggage and it was on the top floor. It was also a little more difficult to locate since we'd come in from the airport and had to take a bus/boat to find it. On the hotel website, it only gets people to the main terminal, but it doesn't mention anything past that so we assumed that the hotel was in that location. This was frustrating, especially after hours of flying and then not understanding the language, where to go for tickets, which direction to go, etc.

Very good location. Close to Rialto Bridge and with Grande Canale view. Most of the rooms do not have the view but the breakfast room has. Room was clean, has large bathroom, has complimentary tea coffee facilites in the room(instant coffee and kettle etc), and amazing walls and furniture. Lastly lte hotel offers free wi-fi connection.

If you are old or weak you may have difficulty climbing the stairs.
